History: Maagog hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Lerissa lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Dwarven companion (her 'brother'). She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Raam was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Dwarven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dwarven doctor. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
