Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking southern young adult. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. He has shaved his head bald. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Balimaar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His orange fur is greasy and uncared for. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing poetry.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and retire the richest man in the north

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears bulky tan painted plate armor. His moppish auburn hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Shepherd. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: She is lean but muscular and wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath her coat. Her moppish brown hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He is typically in his Architect uniform. He wears a deerstalker hat to hide his balding. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his gray eyes.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born in the east. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Shágflak grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Shágflak. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a red vest and prefers grey and black shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. With a patchy red beard and wild red hair. His gray eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed red hat.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.

Description: With grey face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing brown cape and mantle trimmed with soft white waves gently in the breeze. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His violet eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tiefling artifacts is his passion; and money/treasure
