History: Aust hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. When Aust reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Aust fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He got into the Carter business at a young age. Through the years after Ratbag was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Ratbag's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Interpreter they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Animal Trainer, and he later adopted a second daughter.
