History: Thorpe was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Thorpe grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Thorpe. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Through the years after Ermina was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
