History: Three was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees.
