History: Gifted from a young age, Yevelda studied abroad. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she wears a brown vest and prefers violet and brown shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. Her black hair is singed and shortened. Her eyes are blue and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Herleva grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Engraver. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Engraver responsibilities is difficult.
