She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Nella was born on a far southern mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Armorer. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born in the west to a Slave Trader, Shivering learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Priest, but he got bored and became a Slave Trader. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Shivering never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: He hates giants. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He found a children's book about a Halfling Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. The war was a terrible time for him, and Gale does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He got into the Fletcher business at a young age. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He tends to his Fletcher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Barrister arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Murgen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
