He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Shifting grew up listening to his father's many stories. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered poetry. She has never given up on her poetry dream.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and sabotage a competitor
