He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Personality: She hates Tieflings with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She receives visions of the future at random moments

History: Anakis was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Some 4 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Anakis never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her childhood dream was to be a Sailor, but she was a colossal failure. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Layabout for the past few years.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Quarethon and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Horhog lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

Personality: He is a Navigator first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dwarves.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
