History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Fistula was born on a far western forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Fisher. She was granted divine powers by her dying brother.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: She was born into a rich family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
