Description: She wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty blue coat over it. She carries a battered hand crossbow and tarnished warhammer as well. She has dyed her greying black hair a little too much giving a sharp black color. Her eyes are a pleasant brown.
Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.
History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. While she appears to be a normal Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she's repulsed by the pc

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Guard business.
History: Born to a Hunter, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He worked as a nervous Guard and found it very stressful. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and doesn't want to be a guard and was forced into it by his family

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Locksmith. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Pennie has worked very hard to control her curse. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 14 years.
Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he seems to be bored by most things

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Ur-Masi was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Architect. He has worked as a Architect like his mother before him.
Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and an old rival family wants him found

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Torgga was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her first spouse was a Shepherd, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.
