Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Ernest embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: He is a Deep Scion in disguise. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a tight fitting tan shirt and pants. His silver hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His eyes are blue and catlike.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He receives visions of the future at random moments
History: Umpen was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Gnomes in Umpen's homeland. Umpen decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.
History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. A gifted student he started as a Spy, but he got bored and became a Brewer. He struck the Brewer job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Brewer responsibilities is difficult.

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. She wears her hair in dreadlocks. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Katherine isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. When Katherine reached her early adolescence her Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature axe.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: Theriatis hails from a village terrorized by goblins. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and many goblins want him driven away
