History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Shifting alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: She wants revenge against gnolls; and many gnolls want her driven away

Personality: Dynamic is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Apothecary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Sora has worked very hard to control her curse. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the east. Elysande was born on a far eastern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Barber. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and retire the richest woman in the east

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Pijjirik has worked very hard to control his curse. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Pijjirik fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Siffress embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Siffress was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Through the years after Siffress was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Siffress's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.
