Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: Tree was born the youngest of three triplets. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Butcher they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Tailor, and she later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear.

Description: 5'4" and muscular, this eastern woman is wearing a long, tan, dusty cloak. Her chestnut hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.
History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has taken up work as a Marshal and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: Waywocket hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her painting career. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.
Motivation: To pay off her debts; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Description: She typically wears blue cloth garments or leather armor. She has wavy blonde hair. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.
Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Painter profession.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, orcs burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying east to reunite her family. She tends to her Sellsword job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and seeks redemption

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Sellsword hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 10 years.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Architect arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His childhood dream was to be a Fisher, but he was a colossal failure. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
