However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the goblins.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He now owns his own business.

Through the years after Delebean was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Delebean's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
