Jocelyn fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 76. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was born into a rich family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
