Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Gilbert was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: Gifted from a young age, Great studied abroad. Her parents enrolled her in a Rogue school at a young age so that she could practice her martial talents. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is greedy.

Description: She wears silk and lounges about seductively. She carries with her a set of quarterstaffs on her belt, each one with a amethyst on the hilt. Her golden hair is wavy and long. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Sarah hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her dancing career. The war was a terrible time for her, and Sarah does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Sarah was born with her father's beautiful face. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Sarah was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Sarah fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: She hates Halflings with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Locksmith arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
