Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with black colored cloaks and clothing. His black hair is heavily combed to the right. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Valafar has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He also has developed a complete distrust of the Sailor profession.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 12 years.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and wants to work out more often

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking eastern young adult. He typically wears grey cloth garments or leather armor. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His golden hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His gray eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: She hates Half-Orcs with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and a strong sense of loyalty to dragonborn people

Description: This slender woman stands about 4'8". She wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. She usually doesn't wear a shirt. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her amber eyes peer out from beneath her Stetson yellow hat.

Personality: Valanthe speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has never given up on her music dream.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He has blue eyes and a red hat with a green feather.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Born to a Fortune-teller, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Spy hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and gnomish compassion
