History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Spice Merchant arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and to prove her worth to the world

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has worked as a Butcher like his mother before him.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Butcher and was forced into it by his family; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
