He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: Katherine hails from a village terrorized by goblins. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 3 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Katherine never married again. Altho was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Altho was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the drow.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Rimple is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Rimple lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
