History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. After a long history of fighting, Skamos and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he's repulsed by the pc
