Description: An older woman who wears a fancy tan dress, she is not a threatening figure. Her silver hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. She wears a mask on her face.

Personality: She exudes charisma. She is a tour de force of persuasion. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. In her 20th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and a strong sense of loyalty to elven people

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Half-Orc culture. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. He has done his best to style his silver hair to look like a famous performer. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Ûkrom was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. After a long history of fighting, Ûkrom and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Spice Merchant but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. A gifted student she started as a Stableman, but she got bored and became a Spice Merchant. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Spice Merchant for hire.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job.
