History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Baern was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Butcher. History: Joan was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
