History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Kody was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Grai abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains.
