History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Miner. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Miner for hire.

History: Born in the west to a Beggar, Phann learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She now owns her own business.

His brown hair is smooth and relatively long. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his brown eyes.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Shoemaker they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Bowyer, and he later adopted a second daughter.
