Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His hair is chestnut and very short. His gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Navigator. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She prefers to wear flannel. Her lavender fur is greasy and uncared for. She has a dull look in her blue eyes.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and retire the richest woman in the west

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears a robe, a symbol of his god around his neck, and a bastard sword on his belt. His hair is red and curly. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. Hupe is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hupe fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Description: This dark-skinned female wears many layers of old clothing at all times. She is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. She has slicked back black hair. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady gray eyes.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Elven companion (her 'brother'). Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and she's looking for her big break

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He has all his life been fascinated with dancing.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and money/treasure

Description: This southern man wears a tight fitting grey shirt and pants. His clothes are grease stained in places. His chestnut hair is smooth and relatively long. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Fargrim is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Fargrim was born with his mother's beautiful face. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Painter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers.

Description: He very much looks the part of a Gardener. He has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His red hair is smooth and relatively long. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Shag hails from a village terrorized by drow. His childhood dream was to be a Farmer, but he was a colossal failure. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Shag was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.
