Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Tim lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right.
