History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Nogu was born with her father's beautiful face. Her childhood dream was to be a Fortune-teller, but she was a colossal failure. She became a Marshal soon after.
