History: Shifting was born with her father's beautiful face. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Shifting was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Dimble grew up listening to his father's many stories. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. After a long history of fighting, Willow and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. The war was a terrible time for him, and Veit does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Veit was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Her feathered hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Roywyn's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Roywyn liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She now owns her own business.
