History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born into a rich family. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Rhogar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
