History: Paela hails from a village terrorized by giants. In her 14th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Symma hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her writing career. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Symma abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has never given up on her writing dream.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Sammal was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. After coming to the age of reason, Damien took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
