History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
