Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Hecat isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Tiefling unity. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Hecat was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Hecat decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
