History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Vaina's homeland. Vaina decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and a deep hatred of dire rats

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with writing. She constantly tries to fill her life with writing. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the south. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Bowyer. In the meantime she has taken over work as a Bowyer and occasionally as a mercenary.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Gunter was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Gunter decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
