History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. His first spouse was a Map Maker, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. History: She was born in a small plains village. Phelaia was born on a far southern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Carter. She's also a talented Bricklayer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
