Description: This woman wears a green coat over a blue low-cut shirt, and a top hat upon her head. She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized emerald on her right hand. Her red hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Her black eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Uzza was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Uzza decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She would ruin relationships and cause injury.
