She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Animal Trainer profession.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and she desires to right it; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. A freak accident while working with her Apothecary mother left her crippled. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Tervaround embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing painting.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. In her 18th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has never given up on her painting dream.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge.
