History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Verna was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by drow. Ahinar was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the drow.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Shane took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up kukri and armor he uses now. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
