Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Dilettante who has hired her part-time. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: Murook was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Murook abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. After coming to the age of reason, River took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

History: He was born into a rich family. Through the years after Harbek was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Harbek's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Nutae was born the youngest of three triplets. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Dyer and was forced into it by his family; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Personality: She exudes charisma. She is a tour de force of persuasion. Tordrid is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Tordrid was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion.
