History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Nuraval was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

After coming to the age of reason, Trail took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Morthos embodies much of what other species detest in the Tieflings. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Morthos was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Morthos never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Butcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he desires power and/or immortality
