History: Ootah was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Detective hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
