History: The child of a Shipwright, who enjoyed hunting, Beast was taken on many hunting expeditions. After coming to the age of reason, Beast took it upon herself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She bought a halberd and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: Merihim was born with his father's beautiful face. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. Her chestnut hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. The war was a terrible time for her, and Hlin does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She married young, but lost her spouse to giants. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. Eberdeb is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barber hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and regain custody of his daughter

Personality: Kava hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her music career. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Kava was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature kukri.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and to reunite with her old friends
