History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Paggen never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: He is a Lamia in disguise. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Mehen took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up whip and armor he uses now. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. A true patriot, Verna would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Verna grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Verna. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
