Through the years after Korfel was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Korfel's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: Dondon was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered illithids who tried to eat his hand. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
