Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His red hair and beard is wavy and long. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are blue.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and he is greedy

Description: This woman stands a little under 6'0" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She prefers to wear grey pants and tee shirts. She has done her best to style her auburn hair to look like a famous performer. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines amber.
Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.
History: Born in the north to a Carter, Anne learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Anne fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Healer. His auburn hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and he wants revenge against gnolls

His hair is long and golden with streaks of red, and is pulled back with small tan clips. His beard is red, braided, and well cared for. His amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has worked as a Seamstress like his father before him.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is obsessed with finding treasure.
History: He was born in the west. When Fonkin reached his early adolescence his Gnome mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt, marred by beers. He wears his golden hair up. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: Roland lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
