Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: The child of a Bather, who enjoyed hunting, Rathkran was taken on many hunting expeditions. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dragonborns became a terror of the countryside. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
