She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Millicent was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Mason for hire.

History: Naill lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He struck the Fisher job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he's looking for his big break

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and someone believes him a fraud

She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
