Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. The war was a terrible time for him, and Heian does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She got into the Tailor business at a young age. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She bought a quarterstaff and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
