Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and further expansion of business

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.

Description: This malnourished woman wears a tan costume with the symbols of the four houses of cards on her torso. Her chestnut hair is lengthy. Her violet eyes peer out from beneath her small tan hat.
Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Luthra alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Luthra was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the illithids.
Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it; and revenge

He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His chestnut hair is smooth and relatively long. This blue eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.
History: Delebean was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the east were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the east. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Shepherd. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to end his boredom

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Skirt grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.
History: Trym hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered gnolls who tried to eat his hand. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls.
