Lia fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Engraver kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
